SEVENTRIBE is an 8 person monster from Västerås, Sweden that has delivered a non-compromising mixture of metal and hardcore since the start back in the year 2000. Seventribe is well known for its explosive and energetic live shows as well as connecting with - and engaging crowds.
SEVENTRIBE re-released an album ('Aggro Necesse Est' 2007) and an EP ('Seventribe' 2009), proving they were as good on recordings as they were live. After working hard in the underground scene and receiving great feedback from audiences and building a good reputation, SEVENTRIBE took yet another step forward in 2011.
The band recorded a new EP entitled 'Dream Me' at the legendary Cosmos Studios (ABBA, Dead By April, Korn, etc.) which was released by Supernova Records (Royal Republic, Scarpoint, Gormathon etc.) and through Sweden Rock Magazine in May 2011 (18.000 copies).
After the release of 'Dream Me' the band hit the road in Sweden. They did a long spring/ summer tour in Sweden and played great festivals such as Sweden Rock Festival (Down, Ghost, Ozzy Osborne, Judas Priest, Rob Zombie, etc.), Getaway Rock festival (Heaven Shall Burn, Accept, Hammerfall, Graveyard etc.) and Sonisphere (Slipknot, Mastodon, Dead By April, In Flames etc.).
SEVENTRIBE played everything from big festivals to youth centers, got great media exposure in fanzines, national TV, national radio, online media and daily newspapers all around the country. The EP 'Dream Me', the tour and the festival shows, generated great media coverage for Seventribe, taking the band one step closer to establish themselves as one of Sweden’s best metal acts.
